Description:

This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment and systems to ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on hospital equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hospital policies
* Assist in emergency maintenance situations as needed
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
* Collaborate with other departments to address facility needs

Skills and Abilities:

*** Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
* Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods
*
* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Certification or technical training in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (preferred)
* Minimum
** 2 years of experience
** in facility maintenance, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
* Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards Ability to be on-call for emergency repairs (as needed)### Posted:
