Field technician

Cable One (Sparklight) seeks a Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, cable TV, and phone services for residential and business customers. Working in our Technical & Maintenance team, you'll perform on-site installations, service calls, and repairs, ensuring reliable connectivity and top-tier signal quality. You'll configure modems, routers, and customer equipment, document work in our systems, and educate customers on product use.

This role thrives in Sparklight's collaborative, customer-focused culture, partnering closely with Network Engineering to keep our networks running smoothly.
