We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounting experience and demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end close activities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Review invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents for accuracy
- Support audits and assist with documentation as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
