As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review federal and multi-state individual, corporate, and partnership income tax returns
- Perform tax planning and research for individuals and businesses
- Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements
- Perform bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Provide proactive tax advice and identify planning opportunities
- Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in public accounting (required)
Strong experience preparing complex individual and business tax returns (multi-state experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with financial statement reviews, audits, and compilations
Proficiency in Quick Books, Lacerte/GoSystem/CCH Axcess (or similar tax software)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CPA license is a strong plus (not required)
- Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is a plus
