• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and multi-state tax returns
• Perform tax planning and research for both individual and business clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive guidance and identifying tax‑saving opportunities
• Review financial records and ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Manage client relationships and become a key point of contact for assigned accounts
• Collaborate directly with firm leadership on client strategies and business growth initiatives
• Stay current on changing tax laws and regulations
• Support and mentor junior staff as the firm continues to grow

• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong tax preparation and tax review experience
• Experience with individual, corporate, and partnership returns
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client priorities
• Strong communication and client-management skills
• Desire to grow with a firm long term

• CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification
• Experience with multi-state returns
• Experience using Quick Books and modern tax preparation software
• Prior experience reviewing work prepared by junior staff

$100,000 - $130,000+ DOE

Compensation will be based on experience, tax expertise, certifications, and overall fit for the role.
