Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Office Clerk for the Accounting Department with a client in Pasadena, CA. This temporary position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment with a focus on financial and office tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and be highly proficient in Excel. Immediate availability for interview and start is required.
Responsibilities- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups, for various accounting tasks.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Work within a professional environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Commit to a long-term, ongoing temporary role with full-time hours.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the accounting department.
- Participate in any special projects or tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced skills, including the use of Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
- Experience in financial operations, specifically accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
BenefitsThe position offers a competitive pay rate of $22-$24 per hour. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
