Salary: $45-55k/year (DOE)

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Non-exempt, Full-time

Summary

The Sales Administrator supports daily sales operations.

Main tasks include creating quotes, processing orders, issuing invoices, and assisting customers.

This position works closely with Sales Representatives and management to ensure smooth operations.

The role also supports light digital marketing and research activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support
  • Create and process quotes (training provided)
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Issue sales orders and invoices
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email (pricing, inventory, product information)
  • Check inventory and update order status
  • Follow up on pending quotes and orders
  • Handle minor order issues or corrections
  • Communicate with vendors regarding delivery schedules and custom specifications
  • Calculate freight and understand shipping requirements
Administrative Support
  • Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department
  • Support sales events and related activities
Marketing Support
  • Assist with digital marketing and SNS activities
  • Conduct light research and analysis
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative work preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC products or willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills (freight and shipping calculations)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or willingness to learn
  • Experience in digital marketing or SNS is a plus
  • Associate degree or higher preferred (Business, Accounting, or Marketing major preferred)
