Caltech is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Assistant Vice President for Foundation Relations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of administrative experience. The assistant will manage the AVP's calendar, coordinate donor visits, and provide operational support for Foundation Relations.

Ideal candidates will have advanced skills in Microsoft Office and excellent communication abilities, along with the capacity to handle complex workflows and sensitive information discreetly.
