Overview

Torc Sill Foundations is the premier global provider of engineered helical pile and anchor solutions to clients in a broad range of markets. Helical piles, also known as helical piers and screw piles, are a proven foundation solution ideal for energy, industrial, and commercial applications.

The Projects Coordinator supports the successful execution of foundation construction projects by coordinating project documentation, schedules, reporting, communication, and operational processes across internal teams and external stakeholders. This position plays a key role in supporting project operations and Acumatica-related workflows while ensuring efficient collaboration between project management, engineering, operations, accounting, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily project activities and provide administrative support to the Projects team.
  • Maintain and track project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and project reports.
  • Support project setup, tracking, and reporting within Acumatica ERP.
  • Assist with project cost tracking, budgeting support, invoice coordination, and job cost reporting.
  • Coordinate communication between project managers, field operations, engineering, accounting, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Monitor project schedules and assist with tracking deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Prepare project status reports, meeting notes, and operational updates for management.
  • Assist with procurement coordination, material tracking, and vendor communication.
  • Support workforce and equipment scheduling coordination as needed.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical project files in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure project data accuracy and timely entry into company systems.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives related to project operations and ERP workflows.
  • Support additional operational and administrative functions as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of project coordination, project controls, construction administration, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience in construction, industrial, energy, engineering, or related industries preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems;
    Acumatica experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
  • May occasionally lift and carry materials or equipment up to 15 lbs.
