Crown City Tire Auto Care is looking for a full-time Tire & General Service Technician to join our Pasadena team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some automotive or tire experience and wants to build a long-term career as a technician.

Your primary responsibilities will include oil services, tire replacement and repair, tire rotations, and vehicle health inspections. From there, our goal is to help you develop your skills in alignments, fluid services, brakes, and additional automotive repair work.

We have a structured four-level technician career path, from Level 1 through Level 4, and we believe strongly in training and promoting technicians from within.

• Starting pay: $20 - $24 per hour, based on experience and skill level, plus performance incentives.

This position is part of our four-level technician career path. We are looking for someone who can start with tires, oil services, and vehicle inspections and develop into alignments, fluid services, brakes, and higher-level automotive repair.

Compensation includes an experience-based hourly rate along with opportunities for performance incentives.

As a Tire & General Service Technician, your primary responsibilities will include.

• Performing oil and filter services.
• Mounting, balancing, replacing, and repairing tires.
• Performing tire rotations.
• Checking and adjusting tire pressures.
• Completing thorough vehicle health inspections.
• Identifying maintenance and safety concerns.
• Performing basic preventative maintenance services.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Following proper safety and quality-control procedures.

• Wheel alignments.

• Additional mechanical repairs and maintenance.

• Some automotive, tire, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Tire service experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform consistent, high-quality vehicle inspections.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
