Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the billing and collections for a mid-sized law firm in Pasadena.

Qualifications

• 2+ years billing/AR experience from a law firm or professional services company
• Strong understanding of billing cycles, collections, and WIP
• Cash application and payment reconciliation
• Working directly with attorneys on pre-bills and billing issues
• Must have direct superviosry experience or informally leading 1-2 staff
• Able to own processes end-to-end
• Highly organized and detail-driven

Responsibilities

• Manage all billing and collections activities
• Monitor and report on AR aging
• Apply and reconcile payments
• Follow up on overdue invoices
• Partner with attorneys and leadership on billing issues
• Support and supervise 1-2 AR coordinators
• Identify and address issues proactively
