Location:

This internship role is scheduled to be flexible. Please be prepared to spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time working from a Kaiser Permanente regional office. Finalists MUST reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment with Kaiser Permanente: CA, OR, WA, HI, CO, GA, MD, VA, CT, DC, or IL.

Department Details:

The Business and Member Marketing Department focuses on supporting growth across the business cycle. The teams support enterprise functions that address attracting new customers and brokers, driving commercial membership growth, and retaining both customers and members.

Internship Projects:

This intern will join the Commercial Growth Second Sale Team as we look to improve our ability to attract prospective members into our lead nurture pipeline. This intern will help explore how we might better collect contact info from commercial shoppers (leads) in more modern ways. Responsibilities will include: research into best in class or innovative methods for collecting leads; working with the lead management team to understand current capabilities and brainstorm future ideas;

propose a pilot program or A/B testing format for how we improve lead capture at events.
