Business Development Manager

JBA International is seeking several dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to expand our client base, strengthen market presence, and drive revenue growth

• Build and Develop Client Relationships
• Identify and connect with decision-makers through phone, email, social media, virtual meetings, and in-person networking.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
• Lead Generation & Business Development
• Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, Linked In, industry events, and targeted outreach.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.

• Previous experience in business development and B2B sales.
• Experience with in Legal, Engineering, IT, Professional Services, Finance, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills using tools such as Linked In, Zoom, email campaigns, and networking.

• Building Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage executives, hiring managers, and key stakeholders at all organizationa levels.
