We understand how to operate effectively within managed staffing programs and have significant experience working with leading VMS and MSPproviders. Our clients range from emerging start-ups to large corporations.

Job Description

Top Daily Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with Vendor for early out collection
  • Administrative and Technical support for telephony system
  • Call Operations Workflows

    • The position will support Senior Business Process Manager to support operational verticals with PFS:

  • Position will provide subject matter expertise for PFS initiatives and operational priorities from a technical systems perspective as well as operational business workflow and analytics.
  • Position will be focused on call support, non-member early out, statements, bad debt operations, including liaison with vendor, status reporting, executive summary reports and graphing and process workflows.

    • Required/Desired

    Skills:

  • Experience Level: BA or BS required plus minimum 3+ years of direct relevant experience

    • Skills a Top Candidate Should Have:

  • MS Spreadsheet
  • MS Access
  • Telephony systems experience

    • Desired
