Pay: $33-$38/hr
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support high-priority operational and strategic initiatives during a critical transition period. This role will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintain alignment across stakeholders, and ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment while providing executive-level project support and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Support execution of strategic initiatives through milestone tracking, work plan maintenance, and status reporting.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, and project updates.
- Coordinate meetings with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, capturing decisions and action items.
- Produce recurring project status reports communicating progress, risks, priorities, and next steps.
- Create and maintain project documentation, templates, and process materials to support consistency and knowledge transfer.
- Support intake and triage processes by documenting requirements, clarifying scope, and coordinating project handoffs.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, workflow documentation, and implementation of operational efficiencies.
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of project management experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience working with executives and senior leaders.
- Strong project planning, organization, documentation, and execution skills.
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, action items, and stakeholder communications.
- Background supporting organizational change management efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise updates.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana.
- Experience supporting operational improvement, process documentation, or workflow enhancement initiatives.
