Air Tech HVAC is looking for an Office Project Manager to join our growing team.
This is a key role responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving from sold job to completion.

Coordinate communication between customers, installers, sales, vendors, and internal teams
Manage calendars
Order equipment and coordinate services
Prepare invoices, permits, and job documentation
Collect installation payments
Resolve scheduling issues and keep projects on track
Provide backup support to the Call Center and assist with overflow callsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR2+ years of project management experience2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Knowledge of the San Gabriel Valley or strong map-reading skills
Positive, team-first attitude
