A commercial construction company is seeking a Senior Concrete Estimator to manage estimates for medium to large projects in Pasadena, California. The Estimator will be responsible for detailed takeoffs, cost analysis, and coordinating with subcontractors on concrete scopes. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of estimating experience in concrete construction are required. Familiarity with scheduling tools and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
