Location: Pasadena, CA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite Only

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our onsite team in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate has prior call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high call volumes while delivering excellent customer service.

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with questions, account issues, service inquiries, and problem resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, solution-focused support.
• Follow call center scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
• Meet performance metrics including call volume, quality standards, and response time.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.

• Previous call center experience required (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite in Pasadena, CA.
