• Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in-person
• Process policy changes, billing inquiries, and documentation
• Support the sales team with follow-ups and customer onboarding
• Ensure timely responses to customer questions and service requests
• Maintain accurate client records and task tracking within our CRM
• Build lasting relationships and trust with every interaction

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
• Proficient with office technology and task management tools
• Property & Casualty license required (or willingness to obtain)
• Life & Health license a plus

$40,000 – $55,000/year (Base + Bonus Opportunities)

Compensation based on experience and performance.
