Bilingual Spanish Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Bilingual Spanish Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations, communicate with drivers and customers, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch and coordinate daily routes, schedules, and service calls

Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams in both English and Spanish

Monitor job progress and update systems with accurate, real-time information

Handle incoming calls, service requests, and urgent issues with professionalism

Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust routes as needed

Maintain detailed logs, reports, and documentation

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Collaborate with operations, management, and field teams to ensure timely service delivery

Qualifications
Bilingual:
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

Previous dispatching, customer service, or logistics experience preferred

Strong communication and phone skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Proficient with computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
