Job SummaryThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing office support including greeting clients and patients, appointment scheduling, preparing medical records, answering and directing incoming phone calls, presenting and processing financial options, and processing and balancing financial payments. Strong customer service skills are crucial as the Customer Service Representative is the initial contact for customers.
CompensationNegotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $20-26/hour. The actual rate offered will consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Practice is open Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Must be available for these hours and days to be considered.
