Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
Location:
Pasadena, CA.
- Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- $20/hour
- Temp-Hire (temp-to-hire)
- Data entry, filing, copying, and mailing
- Answering inbound calls and resolving customer questions
- Providing fast, accurate support to customers
- Entering and updating data in the system
- Communicating benefits, policies, and procedures
- Managing both written and verbal correspondence
- High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish - REQUIRED
- At least 1 year of experience in an office, call center, or customer service role
- Basic Microsoft Word skills
- Ability to type 30 WPM (a plus!)
