Project Assistant

Description We are looking for a personable and capable Project Assistant to support a Contract expo assignment in Pasadena, California. In this role, you will engage directly with attendees, represent the company in a detail-oriented manner, and help create a welcoming experience at the event. This opportunity is well suited for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys interacting with the public, and can remain attentive and dependable throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

- Engage event attendees in friendly, informative conversations about the company's offerings and overall brand presence.

- Represent the organization effectively at the expo while fostering positive and memorable interactions with visitors.

- Assist with on-site event activities and provide general support to help the day run smoothly.

- Maintain an approachable, confident demeanor when greeting guests and responding to basic questions.

- Promote brand awareness by initiating conversations and encouraging attendee interest in the company's services.

- Stay attentive throughout the event and adapt to shifting support needs as they arise. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing, event support, promotional, or similar public-facing work.

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak confidently and clearly with a wide range of people.

- Comfortable approaching attendees and building rapport in a busy event environment.

- Dependable, punctual, and able to remain engaged for the full duration of the assignment.

- Detail-oriented presentation and interpersonal style suited to representing a business at a public event.

- Prior experience at trade shows, expos, promotional events, or brand ambassador assignments is preferred.

- Background in customer experience or other service-oriented roles is beneficial. Talent Match®
