We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator with a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills. The role involves coordinating insurance benefits, scheduling appointments, managing records, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

• Educate patients on dental procedures and treatment options to ensure they receive the best care possible.
• Utilize CDT dental procedure codes to accurately bill insurance claims and maximize benefits.
• Coordinate insurance benefits and financial planning with patients, ensuring clear understanding of coverage and payment options.
• Schedule and confirm dental appointments for timely care.
• Maintain detailed organization of patient records and daily end‑of‑day reporting for accurate record‑keeping.
• Ensure office HIPAA compliance to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience.

• 1‑3 years of experience in a dental office or related field.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Familiarity with Open Dental Software.
• Familiarity with Yapi patient communication software.
• Experience with Care Credit third‑party financing (current certification is a plus).
• Experience with Lending Club third‑party financing.
• Ability to coordinate insurance benefits and financial planning with patients.
• Experience with dental appointment scheduling and end‑of‑day reporting on Open Dental Software.
• HIPAA certification.

$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
