Architectural Project Manager (Healthcare)
Location: Pasadena, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, and medical office buildings. Responsible for project management, consultant coordination, construction documentation oversight, code compliance, QA/QC, and construction administration through all project phases.
Key Responsibilities- Manage healthcare projects from design through closeout.
- Oversee production and coordination of construction documents.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and project teams.
- Lead QA/QC reviews and resolve technical issues.
- Manage permitting, RFIs, submittals, and field observations.
- Ensure compliance with CBC, Title 24, and HCAI/OSHPD requirements.
- Mentor junior staff and support project team development.
- 5+ years of architectural project management experience.
- Healthcare or other regulated project experience preferred.
- Advanced Revit proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of California building codes and healthcare regulations.
- Experience leading consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Architectural license or progress toward licensure preferred.
