The Enrollment Counselor supports all recruitment, admissions, and advising efforts at Pacific Oaks College. This position plays a critical role in guiding prospective and admitted students through the enrollment process by providing accurate information, responsive communication, and individualized support. The Enrollment Counselor contributes to enrollment goals through outreach, follow-up, and campus engagement activities.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to prospective students throughout the admissions process.
- Counsel prospective students on admissions requirements, academic programs, and financial aid options.
- Conduct outreach and follow‑up via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Meet individual and team enrollment goals.
- Coordinate information sessions and recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate admissions records in Salesforce and Campus Vue.
- Bachelor’s degree or three (3) to four (4) years of relevant experience in admissions, recruitment, or enrollment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- One (1) year of college admissions, non‑traditional higher education recruitment, or sales experience.’
- Experience working with non‑traditional or adult learners.
- Familiarity with CRM or admissions systems.

- $24.00 Per Hour
