As a Barbering Teacher, you will spend your days instructing, guiding, and encouraging students as they develop their technical skills and guest service abilities. • 3+ years of experience in the barbering field
• Current California Barbering License
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, and documentation
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems (preferred)
• Experience instructing at a barber school (preferred)
