Clarity Consultants is looking for an experienced Leadership Development Instructional Designer in Pasadena, CA. This role focuses on creating engaging instructional experiences that enhance leadership skills for current and emerging leaders. Responsibilities include designing a Leadership 101 curriculum and collaborating with the Program Manager to ensure effective learning delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design expertise, leadership development knowledge, and experience working with various stakeholders to produce high-quality learning materials. This position is onsite four days a week, expected to last around six months.
