About This Admissions Coordinator Role

You support prospective students by introducing them to campus programs, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism. You manage inquiry documentation, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure each student feels informed and supported. You participate in recruitment initiatives such as open houses and community events, collaborate with team members to forecast enrollment needs, stay engaged in training opportunities, and consistently contribute to a positive, ethical, and student-centered admissions environment.

What We're Looking For In An Admissions Coordinator

  • A high school diploma
  • Face-to-face sales, marketing, or customer service experience
  • Clear, effective communication skills in both phone and in-person settings
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with initiative
  • A goal-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Admissions experience in a post-secondary college or university is preferred
  • Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
  • Completion of some college credits is preferred
