• Provide individualized or small-group academic and behavioral support as directed by educators and school personnel
• Help students engage in classroom activities, transitions, and daily routines
• Assist in implementing behavior support plans and follow IEPs as needed
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older
• TB testing according to district guidelines
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to start

• Experience in educational, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed, but not mandatory
• Patience, reliability, and a collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
