Behavior Technician (BT) – $25​/hr

$25/hr paid weekly | Full-time or part-time | Monday–Friday school schedule

Work with students in a classroom setting, providing hands‑on support to help manage behaviors and keep the day on track. This role offers steady hours and a structured environment where your consistency makes a difference.

• Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends
• Full-time and part-time options available
• School-based setting with consistent hours
• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more starting the first of the month after 30 days of full-time employment

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Reinforce positive behaviors and follow behavior plans
• Support classroom routines and daily structure
• Track and communicate student progress

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (school, ABA, daycare, or similar) preferred
• Ability to stay patient, consistent, and follow direction
• Comfortable working in a classroom environment
• BLS certification preferred

This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, and location.
