We are actively hiring engineering technicians to take part in designing, building, and operating fault‑tolerant neutral atom quantum computers.
You will work in a tight‑knit team, working across hardware (lasers, optics, vacuum, electronics, mechanical), integrated closely with quantum hardware teams. You will be directly building the quantum computer and its subsystems.
Requirements- Wants to build a quantum computer
- Works well in a highly collaborative team environment
- Prior experience in lasers and optics is desirable but not required
We are hiring across junior and senior engineering technician roles, with a lead technician role open to exceptional candidates.
Compensation$150,000−$250,000/year depending on experience.
