Our client, a leader in the Power Engineering industry, isseeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Engineer
to jointheir team.
This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edgeelectrical equipment and provide top-notch sales solutions.
- Respondto customers bid requests and internal requests
- Researchon-line bid opportunities
- Analyze and interpret electrical blueprints, specifications and addendums
- Clarifyelectrical testing scope of work with customer estimators, project managers and engineers of record
- Obtainpricing from vendors for equipment repairs, parts and other departments
- Participate in bid strategy meeting as requested
- Generatereports, project bid status, PO’s received
- Preparedraft proposal for Outside Sales Engineer
- Work closely with Outside Sales Engineer
- Facilitatecontract hand off to Operations and Engineering department includingjob assumptions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong background in electrical power
. - Alternatively, experience working with electrical equipment distributors
- Experience with a member company of the Professional Electrical Apparatus Recyclers League (PEARL) is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
