We're hiring an Electrical Thermography Specialist to help keep critical facility equipment running smoothly by catching problems before they become failures. This role uses thermal imaging cameras and predictive maintenance tools to inspect panels, transformers, and switch gear for electrical faults and safety hazards, requiring at least 3 years of hands-on predictive maintenance experience and a current Level 2 Thermography certification.

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the thermography field.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in predictive maintenance and inspection.

* Must possess a current Level 2 Thermography training certificate.

* Must have knowledge of electrical thermography, be capable of routine data collection and periodic monitoring, and be able to perform fault diagnosis and condition evaluation.

* Extensive knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques, tools, and equipment.

* Ability to interpret data from predictive maintenance tools and make informed recommendations.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.

* Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to predictive maintenance and facilities management.

* Previous experience working in a high-tech or research facility preferred.

* Certification in vibration or other predictive maintenance disciplines is preferred.

* Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.

* Knowledge of green building practices and sustainability initiatives preferred.
