We are a well-known mechanical contractor in the Los Angeles area, looking for a Mid to Senior Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to join our office.
Responsibilities of Project Manager (HVAC):
- Ensure effective tracking of sub-contractors, foreman, labor and materials for the budget and schedule
- Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and other Sub-trades
- Daily site visits
Requirements for Project Manager (HVAC):
- 4 to 15 years or more of commercial HVAC Project Management experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’sDegree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Prior field experience in commercial HVAC
- Experience with MS Project, Blue Beam, MS Excel, among others
- Local in the Los Angeles Area
