Game Room Attendant - Cast Member

About the Role

Join CEC Entertainment as a Game Room Attendant and support guests while ensuring the game rooms are clean, safe, and fully operational.

Hourly pay ranges from $18.04 to $19.04.

Game Room Attendants provide frontline customer service, maintain game equipment, and contribute to a fun, family‑friendly environment.

• Assist guests during play, sharing game features and rules.
• Keep all game areas clean, organized, and fully operational.
• Report maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Adhere to all CEC Entertainment safety and health standards.

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Available to work a variety of shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor.

• Lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds during the shift.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat throughout the shift.
• Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers.
• Work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
