Client Associate – Wealth Management for Professional Athletes

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

A boutique wealth management firm specializing in serving professional athletes and high-net-worth clients is seeking a Client Associate to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and excited to support a fast-paced advisory practice working with elite professionals.

The Client Associate will work closely with advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients, help manage day-to-day account activity, and ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related client service role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with high-profile clients and sensitive information
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 required
