Job Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Process and record all cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and reporting.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard cash assets.
- Provide analysis and insights on cash position and liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, to ensure accurate cash management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years proven experience as a Cash Accountant or in a similar role.
- Experience with cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, SAP) and MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
