We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, managing collection efforts, analyzing billing data, tracking financial metrics, and supporting process improvement initiatives. The Billing Analyst will play a key role in maintaining billing accuracy, identifying discrepancies, working closely with clients and internal departments to resolve billing issues.

• Generate and process invoices on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage collections efforts, including following up on outstanding payments, reconciling billing and pay discrepancies and communicating with clients as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Contracts, Strategic Operations, Operations) to resolve billing issues.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of SOPs and documentation for billing processes.
• Monitor and track PO funding to ensure adequate coverage and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain reports for the billing department to support internal review and decision-making.
• Support audits by providing documentation and explanations related to billing and revenue.

• BA/BS degree in Finance / Business / Accounting preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in billing, accounting, or finance-related roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Sales Force experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and report writing skills.
• Ability to work as a team or independently as situation requires.
• Strong communication skills, written/verbal, and the ability to interact with clients and employees at all levels, including senior management.
• Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
• Must have unquestionable integrity and the exceptional ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Must be results driven, flexible and able to pivot quickly in the face of shifting priorities and demands.
• Must be self-motivated, positive and proactive individual capable of working as a member of a team in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
