Trader & Investment Analyst Position Summary

Responsible for executing equity and fixed-income trades on behalf of portfolio managers, supporting portfolio implementation, liquidity management, and investment operations. The role involved end-to-end trade execution, account rebalancing, and analytical support across public and private investment vehicles while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Execute directed equity and fixed-income trades and rebalance client portfolios in accordance with portfolio manager instructions and investment models.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including trade entry across multiple platforms, execution monitoring, confirmation, settlement, and issue resolution.
• Maintain, update, and monitor investment models to ensure alignment with portfolio strategies and asset allocation targets.
• Conduct trade analysis and produce daily trading activity logs to support portfolio oversight and audit requirements.
• Coordinate cash transfers between primary and sub-accounts to support portfolio liquidity and trading needs.
• Process private equity capital calls and distributions, ensuring timely and accurate transaction execution.
• Assist with special projects, including investment research, operational reviews, and process improvements.

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, equities, fixed income securities, and trading operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Bloomberg or Fact Set preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and independent decision-making capabilities.
• Team-oriented, service-focused professional with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
