OverviewWe are currently seeking a Senior Premier Client Services Associate. The Client Services Associate will, under supervision, provide service and portfolio support to Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers managing and supporting client portfolios. They will build relationships with customers to enhance customer experience. This position requires multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Responsibilities- Assist Relationship Managers with the new account opening process through timely and accurate delivery of required information.
- Assist Relationship Managers by providing sales support, including document preparation, research, pulling reports, and following up with clients and prospects via email and other correspondence.
- Assist Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers in coordinating with CRS to provide commercial account maintenance on a daily basis. Daily operational tasks include fund transfers, auto-payment account set-up, stop payments, cashier‑check requests, handling overdrafts, non‑post items, return items/NSF, manual outgoing wires, exception wires, new account onboarding, fee waivers and refunds, and treasury product troubleshooting.
- Provide superior client service related to deposit and business loan services, taking ownership of client needs, problems, and requests, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Assist in servicing business deposit accounts, including completing necessary forms and verifying accuracy of account openings on the bank’s deposit system, and obtaining approvals for waiver/exception items.
- Assist in deposit acquisition by understanding business deposit products and partnering with Relationship Managers to execute deposit service recommendations.
- Assist Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers with the initial state of the loan origination process by delivering accurate information to the Funding Department and Loan Services.
- Assist managers in loan management and collection activities, including review of past‑due reports, monitoring payments, and contacting past‑due clients to address potential collection issues.
- Assist in general portfolio management, including accurate and efficient preparation and processing of deposit and business loan transactions and maintenance while focusing on accuracy, promptness, and client satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent education and three years of customer service experience, or an Associate’s degree with two years of customer service experience.
- Minimum five years of banking experience in account opening for business entities and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of general banking regulations such as BSA, CIP, OFAC, etc.
- Familiarity with the new account opening process and commercial account structures.
- Basic knowledge of loan operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service contact handling skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume inquiries in a timely manner.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to complete all core trainings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
- Math aptitude with ability to grasp general accounting and financial concepts.
- Fluency in English both speaking and written.

CompensationThe base pay range is USD $20.00/Hr.
- USD $27.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
