Responsibilities
- Client data entry in agency management system
- Upload Insured’s Policies into EPIC and Passport
- Update proposal drafts where assistance is needed by CM
- Special projects, word processing and excel as instructed
- Online rating
- Establish knowledge of all structure and workflow as needed across department
- Support and assist in training on technical platforms used in P&C including EPIC, Indio and any new platforms acquired
- Support with outsourced workflow (Patra and ReSource Pro) and IMA Shared Services
- Support in creating template documents for Epic and other document and form creation including training documents
- Process and deliver electronic mail across department from various carriers
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment
- Ability to conduct yourself in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner within a team environment
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organization skills
- Service oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, and ability to work with an efficient pace
- Dependable, self‑motivated, and willing to gain insurance knowledge
- Must be able to work onsite Pasadena, CA office 4 days per week
Salary Range: $55,000 USD - $60,000 USD
