- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual global tax provisions, including federal, state, international, and partnership-related components.
- Support ASC 740 reporting and collaborate with external auditors during quarterly and annual reviews.
- Partner with tax leadership to prepare effective tax rate analyses, legal entity reporting, and tax accounting schedules.
- Assist with corporate federal and state income tax compliance and related filings.
- Support tax audits, notices, and controversy matters while helping maintain appropriate tax reserves.
- Gain exposure to complex tax areas including long-term contract accounting, equity compensation, partnerships, and other permanent and temporary differences.
- Assist with various operational tax responsibilities, reporting requirements, registrations, and administrative tax functions.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and accuracy within the tax function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
- 3+ years of tax experience, ideally with a combination of public accounting and/or large corporate experience.
- Experience with tax provision and compliance software preferred.
- Strong Excel and technology skills with the ability to manage large data sets and multiple systems.
- Knowledge of ASC 740, corporate taxation, and partnership taxation preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment while collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls is a plus.
