Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the organization and its subsidiaries. This role partners with business units to provide financial insights, improve reporting, and support decision‑making. The position also contributes to financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles
- Prepare recurring financial reports and assist in developing materials for senior management and board presentations
- Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and support for capital investment evaluations
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Support financial oversight of projects through tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Contribute to M&A activities, including financial modeling, due diligence support, and integration analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis and insights to support business decisions
- Partner with internal teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist with internal audit requests and other special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- CPA with Big 4 experience or MBA (preferred)
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project‑based industries preferred
- Familiarity with Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools
- Additional corporate finance experience (2+ years) preferred

Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm (exempt, occasional overtime possible)

Competitive Wage
: $89,500 – $122,750 annual salary (actual compensation varies based on factors such as experience, certifications, and location)
