Registered Client Service Associate

Our Pasadena office has an immediate need for a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and senior level management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide sales and administrative support to clients and Financial Advisors
• Maintain and update client account information, assisting
  
  Financial Advisors with specialized projects
• Coordinate, prepare, and assist with client review meetings andnew account setups
• Organize and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently
• Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports in a timely manner
• Research, plan, and arrange detailed travel itineraries, compilingall necessary documents for travel and appointments
• Interact with clients both in-person and over the phone,delivering exceptional service
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as required
• Track and follow up on time-sensitive tasks and deliverables
• Answer phones, taking precise and detailed messages
• Maintain organized files and documentation
• Perform other duties and tasks as required and assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 OR Series 7 and 63 & 65 certifications required
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferred
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient understanding of general office procedures and office equipment
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional appearance and demeanor is essential
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize,multitask, and meet deadlines

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role hasnot been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $30.00/hr to $33.65/hr colleaguesmay be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisionsregarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and aredependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillsets;

experience and training; licensure and certifications; and otherbusiness and organizational needs.
