QLM is representing a rapidly growing food manufacturing group seeking an ambitious Finance Business Partner to support their active acquisition strategy and partner with senior leadership on some of the business's highest-profile investment decisions.

If you are currently working within one of the Big Four in Deals Advisory, Transaction Services, Audit or Corporate Finance and are looking to move into industry, this offers a genuine opportunity to influence commercial strategy rather than simply advise on it.
Responsibilities- Support financial due diligence and evaluation of acquisition opportunities across North America.
- Build investment models, business cases and valuation analysis to support executive and Board investment decisions.
- Partner with Operations, Commercial and Corporate Development teams to identify value creation opportunities before and after acquisition.
- Develop synergy models, integration reporting and financial performance tracking across newly acquired businesses.
- Challenge commercial assumptions, identify financial risks and support strategic decision-making on capital deployment and business growth.
- Deliver robust financial analysis supporting pricing, investment, manufacturing performance and strategic planning.
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Experience supporting transactions, due diligence, audit, or corporate finance projects.
- The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
- A genuine interest in acquisitions, manufacturing, and commercial strategy.
