East West Bank is currently seeking an Entertainment Client Services Manager who will be responsible for supporting the bankers within the Entertainment Department to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence. The colleague will also be responsible for reinforcing East West Bank s Vision, Mission, and Values through words and action.
This role can be based at our HQ office in Pasadena or Beverly Hills,
- CA Perform operational tasks alongside associates while providing leadership and oversi
- ght.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training materi - als.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., GTP, Operations, Compliance, Risk) to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requireme - nts.
Monitor team productivity and accuracy and implement corrective actions when nee - ded.
Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experie
nce. Deposit Account Ser
- vices
Work with clients to gather account opening information and then open acc - ounts
Communicate with clients directly about their various account needs / inquiries and provide timely solutions by working with various internal departm - ents.
Work with Relationship Managers to manage KYC/BSA require - ments
Pull bank statements and provide information internally or externally to custo - mers.
Identify matured CDs and communicate with customers about rene - wals.
Process manual wire requests including call-back procedures and coordination with the back of - fice.
Create and review various deposit rep - orts.
Manage and support associates performing these tasks, ensuring quality control, timely execution, and adherence to internal proced - ures.
Train team members, monitor performance, and provide guidance on complex or escalated is
nce. Qualifica
- tions:
Minimum of 8+ years previous account management expe - rience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent pre - ferred
Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is - a plus Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, as well as wr
- itten)
Excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly with cust - omers’Ability to work independently, as well as with a
- team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and use proper communication tools to support cross border cl - ients.

The base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr.
