Tax Senior Associate – Not for Profit

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various tax and advisory services to nonprofits
• Provide tax compliance, consulting, and planning services to tax-exempt organizations
• Participate in tax research projects on a variety of tax issues
• Partner with tax leaders on complex nonprofit tax engagements and special projects
• Develop recommendations for clients and share with leadership
• Learn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships
• Support the growth and development of team members

• 4-year degree
• License eligible CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent Preferred
• Three (3) years of experience providing federal tax compliance, preferably in the nonprofit tax area
• Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
• Microsoft Suite skills
• Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in tax compliance and advisory services for nonprofits, with strong leadership and project management capabilities. Proven ability to build relationships and provide strategic recommendations to clients while mentoring team members.
