DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Licensed as an esthetician for 3 years
• 3+ years of esthetician experience in a salon, spa or medical setting
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency with technology
• Teaching experience is preferred but not required

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN ESTHETICIAN LEARNING LEADER - SKINCARE TEACHER?

You'll create a dynamic classroom experience where students learn by doing. Using:

• Objective-Based Education (O.B.E.)
• Learning centers
• Mini-classes

You'll teach:

• Skin health science and advanced analysis
• Ingredient technology and skincare innovations
• Professional facial techniques
• Waxing and makeup
• Retail recommendation strategies
• Business and guest service skills
