Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Pasadena
Residential In-Home Care | Vision Life
Vision Life provides in-home care support for individuals with disabilities who choose to continue working toward their care goals in a residential home setting.
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Direct Support Professional to support a client in Pasadena. This role involves 24-hour care coverage, 7 days a week, with a priority need for the 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST shift. Candidates with flexible availability are strongly encouraged to apply.
Schedule- Priority shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST
- 24-hour coverage environment (7 days a week)
- Additional shifts available based on availability
- Consistent scheduling preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and respectful
- Comfortable working in a residential home setting
- Able to follow routines and care plans
- Quick learner with strong communication skills
- DSP or caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Provide direct support in a residential in-home setting
- Assist with daily routines and activities
- Provide supervision and companionship
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Complete required documentation and follow agency guidelines
- Consistent hours available
